Mobile Messaging Terms

Last updated: October 23, 2026

Program description

These Mobile Messaging Terms apply to the GL Pro Patches customer care text messaging program operated by Black Shark Digital LLC ("we", "us", "our"). If you agree to receive text messages from us, we may send you:

• Order confirmations and order status updates.
• Shipping and tracking information.
• Secure checkout links that you ask for.
• Replies and follow-ups to your customer care requests.

How you opt in

During a phone call with our customer care team, which may include an automated virtual assistant, we ask whether GL Pro Patches may send you text messages and read you this notice: message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We send text messages only after you say "yes". If you say no or do not answer, we do not text you.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your orders and requests.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan with your wireless carrier for details.

How to opt out (STOP)

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any of our text messages (you can also use CANCEL, END, QUIT or UNSUBSCRIBE). We will send you one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive more text messages from us unless you opt in again.

How to get help (HELP)

Reply HELP to any of our text messages for help, or contact our support team using the details below.

Consent is not a condition of purchase

You do not have to agree to receive text messages to buy any product or service from us.

Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy
